Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang

The brand-new property is less than 500m from the National University of Singapore and about 1km from Curtin University. Positioned for convenience, it is a quick trip from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD through Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Freeway, and Keppel Viaduct. The vicinity even uses closeness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.

The Pasir Panjang Road real estate covers 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the area of the Pasir Panjang Inn lodging, the group obtained the residential or commercial property vacant.

Coliwoo has opened its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Resort Pasir Panjang, a four-storey building at 404 Pasir Panjang Roadway. The brand name, a co-living branch within the realty administration services group LHN Group, told in its announcement last September that it had acquired the Pasir Panjang property for $30 million.

The rooms on the Pasir Panjang property are designed with maritime motifs, integrating light grey shades and vivid aquatic blue colors to show the seaside associations of the place. All spaces are self-supporting studio units with support services, including a self-service mobile app, an onsite concierge and housekeeping services.
