Weekend previews of The Arcady at Boon Keng and Hillhaven – first new projects of 2024 – attract over 5,000 visitors on opening weekend
Hillhaven consists of a mix of two- to four-bedroom unit kinds ranging from 678 sq ft to 1,636 sq ft. The project has been open for preview ever since Saturday Jan 6 and over 2,000 viewers have been to the showflat over the Jan 6 and 7 weekend.
Far East Company and Sekisui House were awarded the site in November 2022 when they sent the leading deal of $320.78 million for the government land sale (GLS) site. Although the property developers have not openly discussed the assumed market price of Hillhaven, EdgeProp Singapore predicts that the property will have a breakeven rate of $2,035 psf.
The brand-new property makes up a mix up of one-bedroom and also study units to four-bedroom as well as study units, ranging from 527 sq ft to 1,625 units. There are also 2 penthouse sections of 2,433 sq ft and 2,583 sq ft. The developers state that prices will most likely start from $2,500 psf.
The Arcady at Boon Keng is a freehold project located on Serangoon Road in Area 12. Beyond 3,000 guests flock the showflat of The Arcady at Boon Keng over its launching sneak peek on Jan 6 and 7 despite the wet climate over the weekend. Another new project, Hillhaven positioned at Hillview Rise, observed about 2,000 clients come by its showflat this saturday and sunday.
People sneak peek is going to proceed till Thursday Jan 18 and the open booking of units are going to start on Saturday Jan 20.
The weekend also viewed the preview of Hillhaven, a 99-year leasehold development that is jointly developed by Singapore real property giant Far East Company and Japanese firm Sekisui House. The 341-unit project lies at Hillview Rise in Area 23.
Answering to media inquiries from EdgeProp Singapore, a KSH Holdings spokesperson claims that the builders are ‘thrilled’ experiencing the solid feedback from purchasers to their project, adding that the sales group were surprised by the solid action and additional discussion tables to suit the group have been set up all over the showflat.
